how do i mark an item as shipped as a seller?

Ebay wont allow me to recive payment until the item is marked as delivered. It was an digital item so theres no shipping number to be added. Support hasnt been helpful

Items that are digitally delivered should be listed in the EVERYTHING ELSE category.  All you can do is use the Mark as shipped, even though you did not ship, and wait the 30 days for payout.
