@litilyo0  As long as you have not refunded the buyer yet ( which you shouldn't do until you get the item back) The buyer should be able to print the return label from the refund request case.  Let me know if you DID accidentally refund before the buyer printed the label.

2. Confirm your return address on the label.

the buyer did not request return I offered to send a label to him because the shirt he bought from me was to small

@litilyo0  The buyer needs to file a return request.  That's how you can send a label.
