how do I report a seller who lists many items wrongly

I just came across a seller who is listing multiple used clothing items under the "new with tags" category and has the fact that they are preowned and worn buried in the description. Where do I report that?

There is a REPORT ITEM on every listing.  Right side, just above the item number.
