how do I list multiple items at different prices

I want to list a bunch of items with different prices in the same listing. I can't find out how to do so but I may be using the wrong terminology in my searches. I've obviously never done this before.
I found this listing, item #353849370359 that is doing exactly what I want to do.
I tried calling in for advice but was put on a hold that the rep never came back to.

How do I set up something like this?

(And if a rep "doesn't know", at least have the courtesy to ADMIT it instead of leaving me on hold for over 10 minutes and never coming back!)

The terminology is "variation" listing. The feature is available in only certain categories, and will appear on the listing form as shown below:
