I have created some custom lists, but I can't find how to view the lists. Any help would be appreciated.

Using a desktop browser, go to your Watch List page:
https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/watchlist
Click on the large "Watchlist" heading at the top and you should see a drop-down menu of all your custom lists.
