You cannot revise your feedback. You have to message the seller and ask them to send you a feedback revision request. Then keep your eye on ebay messages because once a revision request is sent you only have 10 days to make the revision.
If the seller does not respond to your message you can always go to your feedback profile page scroll to the bottom of it, click on Follow up to given feedback and add another comment.
FYI, feedback can only be revised upwards not down, but a follow up comment can be negative or positive.
