seller is refunding me 60$ of the $120 original purchase, how do I contact ebay for assistance?

eBay does not have a phone number you can call directly, but there are several ways to contact them.

The product was the wrong product, the car was taken apart and the CV axel didn't fit correctly. This isn't even the product I purchased. They changed the paperwork on it. I have documented all the issues with the seller and they agreed to refund me ½ of original price, $60 of 120$. I'd like to have ebay assist, not the chat-bot assistant, which doesn't help. Is there a customer service tel?
