how can I combine items listed Individually into a lot

I have 3 items already listed individually that a buyer would like to purchase as a lot. How do I combine these?

Buyer wants to PURCHASE these 3 items as a lot.  Need to combine the LISTINGS to one "Buy now" price.

-You cannot combine listings the way you want to (eBay's programming does NOT have that functionality) , you need to End the three listings and create a new listing with all three items.  Its extra work and no guarantee the Buyer won;t change their mind or want to add something else

-You can Combine shipping on three items AFTER they are purchased and then Refund the Buyer the shipping overage unless all three are set with Free shipping

Those are your options ... I use the second option all the time
