Hi @bb-gardenangel 

If the listing has the Authentication notification the bag would go through an eBay inspection process for authentication prior to shipping to you.  The bag ships to eBay's hub first then on to the customer. If the bag fails authentication it is returned to the Seller and you would be refunded.

Ebay has an Authenticity Guarantee Program for high end handbags that qualify. Those listings have a blue check mark and when purchased are sent to a handbag Authenticator.

For bags that do not qualify, eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If a Buyer receives an Item that is not as described in the listing, they can request a refund for up to 30 days from delivery.
