all i did with a sale is pay for something ,noi didntget it, its **bleep** i will just do amazon, hell temo is faster, since cotober 27th had a fed ex lable, u had my money, i will never use pay pal always use my credit card wont use ebay,,, just buy with my card, they will put holds on payments

You are covered by eBay's Money back guarantee:  eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

You only have to wait one day past the original estimated delivery date to file a claim that you did not receive your item.  When you follow the steps int he claim they will lead to a refund.

Each internet sales venue has rules and protections, hopefully you can learn some of those for eBay.
