I purchased some items from a dealer and he sent me a link to pay for the items on hipay.com.
I searched for it and it seems it a payment scam, no good reviews of this website. also I cannot report the scam in EBay and I cannot cancel the purchace.

What are the payment terms in the listing? Does the seller accept PayPal? You should always pay through eBay checkout. The seller should not be sending any links so you can pay. Check the listing and come back to let us know what the payment method says.
