When you are ready to print a label, look on the right side of the page and click on "Show more":
Then at the bottom click on "Change":
On the next page, select the size you want.
If you combine shipping or use the bulk shipping tool, it sometimes turns this off and you may need to do this again. Other than that, it should stay set.
