help with sending offers for watched items

it will not let me enter the listings area and do anything to send offers to interested buyers.  I have 28 possible and will not let me access a single one

I see that you only have Buy It Now listings so I would expect the offers to buyers to work on at least some of the listings.    Are you using the app or a computer?  

You will know if the item qualifies by going to the Active Listings page is Seller Hub>

Then click on send offers eligible. You will then see a send offers link to the left of all the items that qualify.

By using the filter you may even find some items that have zero watchers that you can send offers to because they viewed your item.
