help with an item purchased as a guest but I already have an account

I'm trying to resolve an issue with an order that hasn't arrived yet.  I purchased the item as a guest, but I already have an ebay account.  How do I link my order (as a guest) with my preexisting account?

@baumgard-280    Did you make the purchase as a guest?  If so then it won't be in your purchase history.   

Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:  

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065...

Then you start the not received refund request from the guest account email.  Do not log in to your regular eBay account.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

If you are located outside of the US or Canada then you will need to use chat or social media.

To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
