having trouble printing a correct shipping label.

I sold a trading card and chose to offer free shipping and had planned to use the Ebay envelope for trading cards less than $20. It was chosen as I was listing. Now after the card sold, I am not offered that option as making the shipping label. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I resolve it?

What is the item number?  I looked at your SOLD listings and do not see a trading card for under $20 that was sold.
