Why are orders from outside the US not going to Global Shipping? I just received an order from France and it did not go to GS -- I am supposed to enter the cost of shipping. Up to last week, orders from outside the US always went through the GS program.

Your more recent listings do not show any international listing options, since the drop list on the shipping tab shows only the United States as a selection. So, it looks like only domestic shipping was selected when creating the listing.

If you are using shipping policies, check whether the selected policy has disabled international shipping.
