getting funds

basically, i sold something the buyer received it FOUR DAYS AGO but my funds are infinitely on hold because on ebay it's not showing delivered 

i've been trying to get help for 3 days but i get no help just the AI chat thing that gives me a number to call which i get put on hold or hung up on so what do i do to fix this???

LOL, not infinitely, it only seems like infinitely.  Did you use tracking, and that tracking shows Delivered?  If you're unable to confirm/prove delivery, your funds will be held for thirty days ... probably.  You can find more details about payment holds here:  https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=4816

Go to the sold order and click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website.  Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent information on the tracking.  That will usually help to update the tracking information.
