getting developer access

I've been going round and round trying to figure out how to get developer access to the APIs with eBay for a while now, no matter what I do, no matter what emails or eBay accounts I use, I constantly get rejected from developer access. How do I get around this???

yes, I've applied to it in multiple emails, including with my account that has thousands of sales. I get rejected with zero explanation, and no way to have a recourse on it. I've tried support but they never call back even though my phone has no spam filter... in all my years of development, this is by far the most frustrating company I have ever tried to develop a product for.

You may have better results being in contact with eBay using Social Media, here is what we share in that regard:

-Contacting eBay via Social Media:  

Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

Hopefully something works out for you .. having said that, you may just have gotten caught in the middle of an eBay updating progress that has halted access to certain feature until they complete site changes.
