I bought a phone that hasn't worked and been in contact with the seller. I contacted the company he asked me to and they said since it wasn't working right since it was sent out they wouldn't do anything. the seller was stalling until the 60 days was over so he didn't have to do anything. how do I get a hold of eBay to rectify this?

@dalcorneliso_0 I'm sorry that the seller stalled you but the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy is set in stone and an agent can't change it.
You only have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Now you will need to contact your bank or credit card to file a charge back for an item that is significantly not as described.
You can contact customer service to report the seller for stringing you along.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Request a call back
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

how will it affect my eBay account by doing a charge back?

@dalcorneliso_0 It won't hurt your eBay account as long as you don't have to do it again.
The seller will also be charged a $20 fee which they deserve for not helping you.
