getting a credit for a promotion

Recently I enrolled in a promotion that allowed for 100 free listings from May 1-31. There was a glitch and ebay corrected it by sending a message saying they would credit me 100 free listings for the month of May since the promotion wasn't clearly stated properly and was intended to take effect AFTER the first 50 free listings were used up. Well, I just received my bill for seller fees and they DID NOT honor their word to grant me the 100 free listings. Was anyone else affected by this promotion and its redress/correction not being honored? Thanks.
