I have a buyer who claims I sold them used , damaged bowls when they are in fact pristine. The buyer claims the bowls were scratched and chipped and my pictures show they are as new. How do I contact EBAY to resolve matter. Also I insured the bowls for one thousand dollars, does this have any bearing on this case. Thank you I certianly need help on this. Paul

I'm sorry, but eBay wants you to accept the return, send a return label, and refund when you got the item back.
If you don't, the buyer can ask eBay to step in. Ebay can refund the buyer without requiring the buyer to return the item. And you will receive a nasty defect.

You have 3 business days for accepting the return.
Contacting eBay is useless, even risky. Ebay wants sellers to solve issues themselves.
Hopefully the buyer can make and send pictures to you.

Later added: you can report a buyer for misusing the MBG.

Note: you need to be sure.
