Can someone explain why my fees are more than 17%?

While most items are 12.55%, books and magazines are 14.55% of the total paid + $.30.  If you are looking at the total fee as a % of just the item, the rate will appear higher due to the fee on the shipping and the tax.

It is good to know what the rate is as a % of just the item, since that can help you set your selling price.
