why am I requested to give feedback on 3 items bought together so ,(3 feedbacks) . yet i only receive 1 feedback

When leaving multiple feedbacks, they only count as one if left within the same week. For example, if I have a Buyer purchase three, separate items from me, I leave them feedback over three weeks so it adds to their score.
