I offered an item, an ebayer purchased the item, but did not want to pay his states sales tax saying it was not right to pay tax on silver, but he sent money, but somehow ebay cancelled the sale. Ebay did a pay out to me of $4.26. and I refunded to the buyer $4.95. More than I had received from ebay! Buyer gave me a negative because he did not receive his postage back, which I never received and wanted me to give him more money.
ebay in all their wisdom will not remove the negative for their error. I appealed the negative but ebay said it does not violate their policies. I wish I was perfect as ebay. God complex over there? Any options to remove the only negative I have had in 25 years on this system. unable to talk to anyone at ebay, I guess they dont have enough money to hire enough staff or dont have anyone qualified to talk about issues. God has rendered her decision what can I say.
