after a delivery one receives email to provide feedback on the purchase..it is impossible to provide meaningful feedback after say the purchase of say an electrical item purchased..eg i provide feedback day after and item works fine BUT 7 days after my feedback the item has faults and stops working.

any thoughts as to say provide feedback say a month after certain category of purchases
