I bought a product from a seller. He represented in his advertisement for the product that it was the "name brand" that I was looking for and that I relied upon when making the purchase decision . The product arrived but it was a knockoff brand. I contacted the seller who admitted that the product brand was not as advertised. I wanted to leave a negative feedback because people absolutely should not misrepresent what they are selling to induce someone to make a purchase. Ebay nevertheless doesn't permit leaving negative feedback. This is wrong. If you are seeking "brand X" and a seller unmistakably advertises that he is selling " brand X" and you get "brand Y" because that is really what he sells that is a bait and switch and should not be tolerated.
