How to deal with negative feedback knowing they are lying? Its so fustrating knowing they are lying. I do everything to make things are ok if a problem should come up. 

Example, negative stating seller cancle due to shipping cost!!

Package was returned saying return to sender and on top of it i offer FREE shipping!!!
