i have a member asking me a question, but now i see that ebay has once again made things more difficult by changing the way it works. Nothing happens when i click on the user name to see their feedback and i have no way of knowing if the question is valid or if i want to do business with this person. I tried advanced search but that was useless as well. Does anyone know how i can find their feedback profile? thanks!
there is no number in parenthesis on the message section only their username. when clicked on, nothing happens which is what the problem is. this is brand new since they changed the whole format of the messages page.
