fee question

Ebay ebay says it has a fee amount of Final value fee US $337.21  for Pre-Owned Graham Men's Swordfish Watch  item 263924402270

thecleverdragon bought my Graham fullset when he received the package he started the story that my Graham is fake (which is not true), that he does not work etc. What is not true. It's all original and proper. I do not have fake watches.

It started the return process and I had to accept it ...
However, it did not return to Graham but IPHONE came in a light package. Video was taken to open his package and put it on the net .. It will be everywhere as an example.
 
After the procedure, EBAY decided to return the money to the buyer. So I lost about 2200eur as much as I find it worth my Graham.
And yet I have to pay some sales fee!
How is that? can somebody help me? For now about the fee. Why do I stand this fee if she is returning the money to the buyer (and I stayed without the 2200eur but the EBAY concern)
