I purchased a resin filled swimming pool light in August 2020 which has five years warranty. The item has been fine but now no longer works. I have tried to contact the seller who apparently is no longer a registered Ebay user. What do I do now in order to have this item replaced/repaired/refunded under warranty.

Warranties are between you an the seller and/or manufacturer.
Did you get the warranty in writing?
Did you register the product?
Was the seller an authorized dealer?
Did you contact the manufacturer?

Thanks for the reply Rockstar.
The reason for my enquiry is that the seller, who had numerous products for sale at the time and was a registered Ebay seller and apparently with a warehouse here in Australia , has disappeared from the web, and probably turned up under another seller address.
I searched the web and found someone else selling the same product and asked about Australian warranty. Curiously, their ad showed 5 years warranty in one part of their ad, one year in another, and 3 years in yet another part. When queried they said the Australian warranty was one year. I'm guessing that would have been the case with my Phantom seller, and so the pool light will be out of warranty anyway.
I have no idea who the manufacturer is and for $150 it probably isn't worth chasing up.
Thanks again for taking the time to reply.
