I bought a bike on ebay 2 weeks ago. The promised date of arrival continued to be delayed, and one day a piece of paper was delivered. The seller sent a piece of paper, not a bicycle. My son was a big disappointment. I couldn't keep my promise to my son. We need to crack down on fake sellers on eBay. They constantly target eBay loopholes. Consumers see time and psychological damage. eBay should know

We need to know how we are protected when an item arrives that is not like the description. 

We need to teach our children that not everything works out the way we think it should and life isn’t fair and there will be disappointment along the way.
