fake coins being sold

the chinese are selling fake 1 ounce silver 5 dollar maple leaf coins. I had the one i ordered verified by a coin dealer as fake. I cant seem to get a hold of anyone for ebay, big shocker! Id like to save the multiple people that have ordered these coins. The person I ordered from has deleted account already. 

Need help contacting ebay. 

Its easy to tell the fake, its has lines going across face of it, and the back.

This coin is a very smooth finish normally.
