I received fake Alli, some white powder in unmarked capsules. EBay is making me wait for the refund. The seller said he would refund my money only if I removed the negative feedback.

Have you opened an actual return case with eBay?

What the seller is asking is feedback extortion, and you can report them to eBay for that.
