failed attempt to buy

Is there anyone on god's green earth to speak with a human about my issue? It doesn't happen all the time, but I have been trying to purchase a ring, but when I press "buy now" nothing happens. So I press "add to cart"....same thing. I have tried seven ways to Sunday to buy this ring and I can't find a human to talk to to save my life. Why is this so hard?
