expired item, how to get ebay to respond

I ordered product that was expired and while it ws in the description, Ididn't expect expired food items to be sold. Trying to return and get refund for shipping as well as product. Have contacted seller but they're dragging their heels getting back with me.

file a money back guarantee claim with the reason not as described. Ask ebay to step in if the seller refuses the return.

IRONICALLY....... ebay still allows the item to utilize the past expired date in the item specifices on active re listings.

Expired food items are not allowed.
