error in archiving orders?

As a relatively new seller (12 mos), I decided to begin Archiving my completed orders.  Out of the 17 orders I archived only 2 appeared in "Archive" file.  The remainder are missing from the Order page also. Where did they go and how can I get them back?

Sold orders are available for 90 days after the sale. After that, they are removed from the site.  You can request a report of older sod items, but the details are no longer available. The archive function simply removes them from the sold view until removed from the system.

To request a report go to account settings >> request your eBay data. Select sold items.  It takes a bout a week to get the report.
