I've done the bank verification several times, logging in with my account through eBay, sending in statements, microdeposits and I've even tried linking my debit card. I keep getting the run around with eBay. All my info matches my bank account so I don't understand. Their support agents can't tell me what keeps happening. It keeps going from verifying my bank account to acting like I never submitted any verification and makes me start all over.
Has anyone else had this issue? They are currently holding over $500 hostage and I am starting to get a little bit upset. I am not a business and sold some things that I no longer needed and I provided my full SSN.

Are your phone number and email address both verified in your eBay account? Make sure they are.

Common problems involve a mismatch of name or street address (do not use a PO Box) between eBay and the bank. Make sure you are using the proper ACH routing number for your checking account (must be an actual checking account).
Try using a different browser to rule out a browser issue.

Yes both my phone and e-mail are verified. Everything matches and the funny thing is when I redid the bank verification on Thursday I contacted customer service and they said everything was good and it should work. I don’t know if it’s a technical issue or a bank issue at this point.
