ending a listing

if I went through my items to sell and say there are 25k of them I want to just donate to a thrift store, will I be punished by ebay for doing this?

If you need to end your listing, there is no penalty or problem to do so unless it is an auction with a bid.

Don't end auctions with bids and don't cancel sales.
