i sold an item thru Ebay, however, for shipping the parcel with the Dutch Postal Service I need the emailaddress of the buyer (for track&trace purposes), otherwise it cannot be sent. The buyer refuses to send his emailaddress. what to do?
Netherlands Postal Service cannot send a package to usa without emailaddress of the recipient. the buyer of my item refuses to give me his emailaddress. So unnecessarily inconvenient.
