ebay store set up problems

On May 10th, I subscribed to a year committment to an ebay "starter" store. Rec'd a confirmation message stating that it would take 24 hours for my listings to "transfer" to my store.  The next day, my "store icon" is present on my listings but when you click on it, it takes you to a page that says "this store does not exist".  I called ebay and was told to just be patient and that the system was still "catching up" and would take another day for my items to be transferred over to my store (I have less than 100 listings)...but ok fine. The next day...same thing...if you click on my store icon it takes you to a page that says "store does not exist". Called ebay again and they said they would send of "ticket" to the internal department to have this checked...got a confirmation email that the ticket was opened and that someone would be in touch with me within 24-48 hours. Waited a week...same problem...called ebay again and was told that "something was wrong" and that other sellers were experiencing the same problem. I asked if I was being "charged" for my store subscription and was told, yes...which did make me a little upset. I basically signed up for the starter store in order to offer occasional "promotional sales" (10% off, etc. and also to be able to put my listings on vacation hold when necessary). Was told that the problem should be corrected soon; again was told that others were also experiencing the same problem and that was basically all the info that they would give me. No time frame for potential fix. It's now over 3+ weeks and my "store" that I am being charged for still "doesn't exist" according to the ebay website. FRUSTRATING!! Any others actually having this same problem?
