ebay spamming me with old saved unsubscribed searches

Ebay  recently started spamming me with old saved unsubscribed searches.   Everyday it's a new one added.  I click and turn off emails for the search and went ahead and deleted all searches that I will never use again.

Next day, new email and now I can't disable the email with the link as it gives an error.  The search has been deleted.   I reinstated the search the email sent me, but it's not subscribed, so I can't turn that off.

Still spamming me daily.  What happened to Ebay?
