Have you spoken to anyone from eBay about this yet -that's what you need to do, but keep in mind that UPS and other carriers use DIM weight on larger packages, so you must input the correct package dimensions and weight into the shipping field when you create your listing and purchase the label.
Start by scrolling to the very bottom of this linked Help page on Shipping - click "Contact us"
In the chatbot that opens, type in AGENT, then press Send to bypass the bots.
You should see options to have an agent call you, or chat live with an agent.
