ebay qr codes not sending to my email after purchase label

Like the title suggests im having trouble getting qr codes to ship my items at the post office. I try the re-print method on the labels page when I stopped receiving these qr codes, but now this option is not showing up either. Anyone else having this problem or have an alternate way of getting qr codes?

I created a QR code label last week and it came through fine. You might check your spam filter, particularly if you use an online mail service. The larger services tend to block a lot of content based on input from the larger "group" of users, so you never know what will start disappearing if it has not been added to your own personal "allowed" list on your email account.
