ebay gives you the SHIP TO address as submitted by the buyer. Buyers are responsible for keeping their SHIP TO address uptodate. If the package cannot be forwarded (the USPS allows forwarding only for up to 1 year) and is returned to you, contact the buyer. If the buyer still wants the item, s/he will have to repay to ship. The buyer can send the funds to your Paypal email address. If the buyer does not want to repay shipping, you can refund item price only.
