ebay prints a media mail shipping label for a large package, need to change label

You need to void the label that you printed. If you want ot use parcel select, you can not print the label through eBay. You can print a parcel select label through paypal and enter the tracking # into eBay.  Or use a free service like pirateship.com that can import the address, and then send the tracking # back to eBay.

To void the label -

1. Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
3. Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
4. Select Void shipping label.
