ebay is the WORST!!!
I list thousands of t-shirts and have sold thousands through ebay but this is a first for me. I have had a few bootleg violations that I had no clue were unauthorized early on but I have been super diligent about making sure all items I sell are LEGIT.
I received a copyright trademark violation last week from Paisley Park Enterprises for a 100% legit with tags Prince t-shirt. I of course sent several emails to brandprotection (at) Paisley Park and to no surprise they have not written back. They come after me for selling ONE shirt meanwhile there are thousands of fakes sold form China everyday!!!
Even though ebay makes close to $1,000 a month off of me, they refuse to even budge or help me get this removed and get the 7 day listing ban removed. ebay gives the seller ZERO protection and sides with everyone other than the seller every time.
How can I run a business if my business partner isn't on my side???
