I need help contacting ebay. The buyers and I worked thru a situation concerning shoes that did not fit. They were returned and I gave a partial refund and shipped some new shoes out. For some reason, ebay has catagorized this as a buyer defect. I guess I picked a wrong reason on why the return was made. But that was the closest one to what happened. How to I get hold of a representative to fix this situation? Ragandbonz
