ebay doesn't recognize an order I placed. I have the item number and they deny its existence.

The seller hasn't started and return action.  I have proof with the bank account I used to purchase theater,

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account, then use the email you received from eBay about the transaction or see here:
