eBay stopped offering the daily 1% eBay Bucks return on purchases in April 2021.

Since then, the only way to earn eBay Bucks has been to take advantage of one of the periodic 5% offers that eBay sent to select accounts about once per month.
The most recent 5% offer was in January. Since then eBay has not made any other announcements regarding eBay Bucks that I have seen.
