I used to get ebay buck offers,  I have not gotten a notification for any ebay bucks deals in over a year? How can I increase the likelihood that I will receive such offers?

I'm in the same boat.  Since ebay made the change, I think I have only received one ebay bucks offer.  No one knows how ebay selects who will receive these offers.
